The cold has settled in, the first snowflakes have appeared, and Christmas lights are brightening our evenings. There’s no doubt: the year is already coming to an end. And at CLEIO, it flew by, probably because it was a full one. Here’s what we’re taking away from it.

After a more demanding 2024, we approached 2025 with a strong sense of determination. The MedTech market slowed down following the post-pandemic surge, and securing funding became more difficult for many startups. For a company like ours, specializing in medical device development, this context put our balance to the test.

In this context, progress didn’t happen by chance. It was driven by a committed team, clear priorities, and a shared determination to move forward together. By staying focused, adapting quickly, and supporting one another, we turned challenges into momentum. Here are some of the key milestones and successes that defined 2025 at CLEIO.

Key milestones that shaped 2025

We strengthened our data infrastructure with new tracking methodologies, real-time executive dashboards, and improved monitoring.

We had new talent bringing fresh momentum across our projects and culture.

We closed an important chapter by leaving our Laval office and bringing all Montréal-area teams together in a large open space designed for collaboration, prototyping, and testing, supported by dedicated technical labs.

We expanded our sales force with the addition of Jacob and Joannie.

Our People & Culture team entered a new chapter, fully renewed and ready to welcome new talent

We rebuilt our marketing strategy from the ground up, boosting channel performance and achieving our strongest results to date.

We took on amazing, high-impact projects in MedTech and other industries.

A Super Positive End of the Year

And because we like to save the best for last: the final quarter of 2025 shows performance we hadn’t seen in quite some time. A great way to close out our 20th anniversary year!
Today, we’re as motivated as ever: pushing our own limits and contributing, in our own way, to a more ingenious and more human world.
