This year, our work and values have been showcased on numerous occasions.
Beyond our regular participation in professional events, we expanded the opportunities to share our expertise through webinars, conferences, and face-to-face workshops (collaborating with Greenlight Guru, the Centech, McGill University, and HEC Montréal). These gatherings have been invaluable for exchanging ideas, broadening our horizons, and building new connections.
Our expertise was recognized at the Grands Prix du Design, where we got a Platinum award for SoundBite Medical’s innovative console. In redesigning the device, our designers and engineers focused on a single objective: achieving the perfect balance between aesthetics, the needs of the medical team, regulatory requirements, and the electromechanical constraints of such an advanced system. And we succeeded!
In terms of employer branding and corporate culture, we received the Concilivi seal, which recognizes organizations that support a healthy family-work-life balance for their employees. This reflects our commitment, attentiveness, and openness to the needs of our team members, promoting their well-being both professionally and personally.
The more athletic among us shone again this year, participating in the Pentathlon des Neiges and the Défis du Parc (while also racking up an impressive number of kilometers on Strava). These events showcased our team spirit and our ability to tackle challenges together.
Speaking of challenges, we certainly faced our share this year, and not insignificant ones. These tested our resilience but they also offered opportunities to learn, with every lesson bringing us one step closer to success.
Goodbye, 2024! As we close this chapter, it’s time to look forward to 2025.
