CLEIO receives the Concilivi Seal

By Caroline

At CLEIO, we place great importance on people. In our organization, we ensure that everyone feels comfortable, whether it’s within their team, in the tasks they are entrusted with, or in their personal lives. We have long held the belief that maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life simplifies daily living and enables our employees to approach work with a lighter, more positive mindset.

That’s why, over the years, we’ve designed and implemented measures inspired by best practice to help our employees achieve a healthy work-life balance… but until now, it has remained a well-kept secret.
So, over the past few months, we’ve worked diligently to obtain the Concilivi Seal, aiming to make our commitment both visible and recognized. And we’ve succeeded!
Let’s explore what achievement means for CLEIO and the benefits it brings to our team.

The Concilivi Seal: The Embodiment of our Employer Identity

The Concilivi Seal, an initiative of the Réseau pour un Québec Famille (RPQF) recognizes organizations that facilitate family-work-life balance for their employees by implementing measures aligned with their needs and concerns.

For CLEIO, holding this seal is a testament of our commitment, attentiveness, and responsiveness to the needs of our team members. It also embodies our employer brand and affirms our ongoing dedication to the well-being of our employees.

As part of the process of obtaining this seal, we formed an internal committee and wrote a charter that encapsulates everything we offer at CLEIO to facilitate family-work-life balance. It’s important to note that for us, the concept of family extends beyond just those with children; it encompasses all aspects of personal life, including friends, hobbies, neighbors, pets, relatives, and more. This inclusive approach truly makes a significant difference!

Over the years, we’ve implemented numerous measures, many of which have been in place for quite some time. Others will continue to evolve in collaboration with the committee, ensuring that they meet the diverse needs of our team and adapt to the evolving landscape of our organization.

We aimed for these conciliation measures to be tangible, accessible, and beneficial. Everyone is encouraged to utilize them, according to their personal circumstances, to simplify their everyday lives.

“The members of the committee congratulate you on your commitment to family-work balance and on all the efforts you have made to bring this project to fruition! They particularly highlighted how team well-being is genuinely at the core of your concerns, the emphasis on family, while also being inclusive of other aspects of personal life, and the significant autonomy and trust you grant your teams.”
