Uh-Oh Labs COVID-19 instrument gets authorized by the FDA

We got amazing news from our client Uh-Oh Labs! 🎉 The team have announced they recently received FDA authorization (EUA) for their UOL COVID-19 instrument developed in collaboration with CLEIO.
The UOL COVID-19 Test has been designed to allow for simple testing, accurate results, and a lower per-test cost compared to other COVID molecular diagnostics.
Our team specifically contributed to the design of the main UOL instrument that allows convenient testing and data transfer to the Uh-Oh Labs Dx Pro App. CLEIO provided expertise in user experience, industrial design, software and firmware development, mechanical and electronic engineering.
Uh-Oh’s powerful technology has been supported with over $15M in contracts from the National Institutes of Health as well as investments from private investors such as Y Combinator.
We can’t wait to see their next achievements! Kudos to Cameron Ball and the entire team! 👏
Stay tuned for a future case study on how we worked with Uh-Oh Labs to develop this innovative device for effective COVID-19 testing.
